Summer SOULstice Celebration

There are few things that rival summertime in Charleston. People flock from all over the world to feel the warm embrace of our cobblestone streets and our even warmer southern sun. Let's take one day to celebrate every day of this awesome time of year, in the place we love to call home.

The Bridge 105.5 and BobCatMusic invite you to come out to The SummerSOULstice Celebration at The Brick House Kitchen on Folly Road on June 15, 2013 from 12p.m. until 12a.m. This all-day event will feature live music from Tidal Jive, Jordan Igoe, Tyler Boone, Plane Jane, Shonuff, Folly Beach Reggae All- Stars, Lionz of Zion, and headlining this year's celebration is Ghost Owl featuring members of Perpetual Groove. Sound provided by Awendaw Green.

Charleston's Finest Lady Artists and Peace Paint will be creating works of art throughout the entire event and local artists will participate in a graffiti wall. Be sure to purchase a raffle ticket for $1 to win CFLA’s Summer SOULstice creation! Other prizes will include an autographed football jersey from Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White, gift certificates to Charleston's best restaurants, as well as band and sponsor swag and summer SOULstice merchandise. Jump castles and corn hole will be available to add to the fun! New to this year’s festival will be a rock climbing wall and an inflatable water slide, for the kids…and adults. Food trucks and local vendors will be on site providing tasty treats and peddling their wares. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the day of the show.
