Beer 'n History #1

The Original Pub and Brewery Tours of Charleston presents a special  Beer 'n History event. Join us for a fabulous local beer and dessert pairing designed to delight the palate at Carmella's Dessert Bar. As you savor this delightful combination, you will hear a presentation from a licensed Charleston Tour Guide. This event is on Thursday, December 18th at 8 PM, a wonderful way to start your Christmas week!  History and beer and dessert - a perfect trifecta for a wonderful holiday evening.

This December is our 6th Annual Holiday Pub Crawl and this special event is another way for us to celebrate the people, places and craft beer that make Charleston such an amazing place. We hope you can join us.

A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Therapy Dolls for children at MUSC.  As part of this benefit, the presentation will focus on the classic Christmas present of dolls. Learn about doll pieces that have been found in archeological digs around Charleston, dolls from the 19th century and even an early Spanish-American War solider doll.  It's a unique holiday experience that reveals some of the material objects, culture and lives of children inside the city of Charleston.
