Thursday, November 14th, 2013, the boys of the Beer Exchange and Edmund's Oast and the girls of goat. sheep. cow. are joining forces for the first Tasting and Grilled Cheese Event.

The evening commences with a pairing of five cheeses and five beers in a state of the art, kitchen classroom setting. We’ll discuss the philosophies and mechanics of beer and cheese pairing through a broad range of both cheese and beer styles. An interactive question and answer segment will be included.

Following the brief class, a reception (aka party) will give all the opportunity to revisit those five cheeses with their beer counterparts but this time in gourmet grilled cheese form. (Only proving that dreams really do come true!)

The venue for this tasty event is Le Creuset L’Atelier at 116 Ripley Point Drive. This beautiful space houses the company's North American Headquarters complete with Demonstration Kitchen and Classroom.

Space is very limited! Tickets are $50. per person.
